快速排气阀适用于工业介质为水的管路上，作为快速排除管道内气体的设备，以提高输送水设备的效率和保护管道不致变形破裂，是管道的必备之设备。阀为圆桶状式阀体，共内部主要有不锈钢浮球及塞头。装设于泵埔出口处或送配水管线中，用以大量排除管道中的集结之空气，以增进水管及抽水机使用效率，且与管内一旦出现负压时，此阀能迅速吸入空气，以保管线因负压所产生损坏。

一般都是采用法兰连接方式，一般压力PN1.0-40/0.6-4.0MPa,125Lb-300Lb/1.0-5.0MPa,口径为DN25-400mm,材质主要有:灰铸铁HT250,球墨铸铁QT450,碳钢/WCB,不锈钢/(CF8(M),CF3(M),等,适用介质为清水,适用于城建(自来水厂),水利,等管路上.快速排气阀阀体为圆桶状，阀门内件包括不锈钢浮球、阀杆及阀瓣。阀门安装在泵出水口处或配水管线中，用来排除集积在管道中的空气，以提高管线及水泵的使用效率，当管道内一旦产生负压时，此阀迅速吸入外界空气，以防止管线因负压而损坏。当管道内开始注水时，阀瓣处在开启的位置，进行大量的排气，当空气排完时，阀内充满水，浮球上升并带动阀瓣关闭，停止排气，当管内水正常输送时，如有少量空气聚集在阀内到相当程度，阀内水位下降，此时空气由小孔排出。当水泵停止时，管内水流空或遇管内产生负压，此时塞头迅速开启，吸入空气，确保管线安全。介质温度
